Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically inclined individual for a paid internship position within our IT Help Desk team in India. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues related to hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.
  • Document and track incidents and requests in the help desk ticketing system.
  • Assist in the maintenance and administration of IT systems and equipment.
  • Participate in knowledge base updates and contribute to improving internal processes.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
  • Contribute to special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with help desk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
