Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist Programmer to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of software development principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document software applications according to specifications.
• Collaborate with other developers, architects, and business analysts to define and refine software requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and methodologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects.
• Adhere to coding standards and best practices.
• Estimate and track project tasks and deadlines.
• Maintain and enhance existing software applications.
• Work within an Agile development environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, .NET).
• Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working in an Agile environment (preferred).
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) (preferred).
